Cuttin' up with Class #1

Well, today is the BIG day! The first challenger ever at Cuttin' up with Class!

I hope you head over there and join me and the rest of the Team.  You will have your chance of 2 prizes! One prize goes to a random winner and a second prize to the Designers Choice! How generous is that?

It's a FREEBIE file so you can play the fabulous DT  (You can find the rest of them over there on the right hand side.)

So here's the inside of the card that I made with her file.  I crumpled up the middle color of the pumpkin to give it some texture and scruffed up the edges with tea die.

I love how she made the center of the pumpkin separate so you can change the dynamics of the pumpkin just by changing the one part of it. I just welded two of them together in my SCAL program after I enlarged them to the size I wanted. For the green(ish) insert of the card, I just sized it down a bit to fit right inside of the card.
Aren't those curly vines cute? Jani thinks of everything in her files. She has such attention to detail. (must be the teacher in her) The file comes with a large and a small pumpkin with their own vines and leaf.
Head over to the Cuttin' up with Class challenge blog and help yourself to this file that's just in time for the fall season too! You will find other free files already on this blog waiting for you!

I'm also adding this to the following challenges:
Delightful Challenges - Fall
4 Crafty Chicks - Fall
Paper Pretties - Fall
The Paper Shelter - Anything Goes

Love your pumpkin shaped card, the patterns and plaid are so fun. Thanks for visiting my blog and your thoughtful comment. About the bic markers, I saw a video on stampTV.com about these budget friendly markers. I would love to have the copic markers but at $6.99 each it will take me years to own a decent collection of colors.
