Think Ink #23 challenge

Can you believe I had this pretty Verve stamp set called Star Struck about a year now and it's the first time I placed ink on it? I coveted this stamp for a while before I actually bit the bullet and went against my word to not buy any more stamps! Now I know why I loved this set! It's so happy.
Getting back in the saddle has been a little hard for me. It still hurts to cut with scissors because of the thumb but I bought a pair of Tim Holtz scissors and I gotta tell ya... I love them! The handles are wider then the other scissors I used so it didn't rub my thumb as much. Anyhooo.... I wanted a challenge but didn't want to make a card just yet. So I searched a little while.. ok I just looked at my side bar and clicked on Michelle at Just Painting Around and saw her back pack entry for a challenge. Wanted to make the back pack but I love the challenge too so this is what I decided to do instead.
Outside

I found Brenda's Peek A Boo Box pattern at Splitcoast Stampers.
Inside

The Challenge at Artful Inkables is to make anything other than a card using Red, White and Blue with the 4th of July as inspiration! I threw in a splash of yellow because nothing goes better with red, white and blue more than country yellow and what better for the 4th of July then stars right?
Thank for peeking...
